ECTO-BUST!
I apologise for the highly delayed update in the news. I have been molded into a target for the popular Klez worm. There are many more in the Ghostbusters community facing the same problem. Anyways, to the grind. GBVA is now placing out a monthly news letter. Fast paced, up to date events and "talkabouts" within. Not to mention a Great layout. Interveiws, polls, Pics & other informative media. Its got it all. Unfortuneately I cant say much more about it Except suscribe!

In The Day...
Rick Haslewood has certainly done his homework with Fire Station No.23. There is another site dedicate to the H&L No.8 in NY but thus far this is the most informative LA Fire Hall site on the net to date in my opinion. The interior pics are absolutely amazing. Most likely dating back to the 1920's. It gives you an insiders view on how beautiful that basic area used to be some years back. Again, the interior pics, I cant get enough! if anything thats the first thing that you should look for on this site. it also, of course has exterior with full on call crew, original rigs & the good ol' horse driven fire dept. vehicles. Even with how deceptive Hollywood can be it has completely restored the interior of the hall from images available with wonderful wooden railings, floors, highly detailed ceiling plaster designs & a little modern furniture to match. To my basic knowledge the building has yet to be earthquake proofed & the exterior is coated with cracks, corrosion & is dimmed with structural faults about. To top it off it also has an amazing reference list for further inquiries or information. But none the less, if you ever wanted to anything about the original interior of the No.23 in the missions of LA go to this site.

GB Parts Page
This site may be under some construction right now, but none the less it does dazzle the eyes! Found linked from GBProps.com comes a little space on the web with more bells & whistles than Santa Clause himself. Im talking about the GB Parts Page. Its hypnotisining really, but this webmaster has not forgotten the importance of user interactivity as well. Here you can find your warning labels for all Ectoplasmic Gear, Plans to build them and pieces for them in general. What I found extremely appealing on this site was the references. Especially Hyperdyne Labs. Here you can find the real deal on proton pack lighting & sound. When I first visited this site I wondered "ok, whats this site missing?" well damn, it may just give GBProps.com a little run for its money. So if your working on any paranormal detection gear or already have some, upgrade it. You wont regret it. And as always its really great to see a group effort put into building a site once again. AJ Quick & Keith Marshall's team effort really payed off.

Bold Bustin'
Download your Flash! Let this page load ladies and gentlemen, its time to kick some serious interactive ass; And Ghostbusting: Online is just the place to do it. There is not one thing that you would not enjoy about this site, and thats a promise. When I first visited this site when it first hit the net I didn't know what to expect and an article on it is way overdue! The digital information guides on this site are a real eye catcher with a grid simulated 3D design along with custom destop themes, news & Basic Ghostology 101. But if you happpen to cruise into Blue Prints a well done custom drawn Egon welcomes you, impressive to say the Least. There is also a section named "Goodies" containing Fashions? You heard it first! Dr.V has it all, and more. This happens to be one of the most Original Ghostbusters related sites to date.

Old & Original
It may be just in the "Works" at the moment but definitely another fantastic addition to the Ghostbusters community. The Old Firehouse has gone old school with a passion! Limited media thus far but potential is high along with the spirit of this webmaster. Scott gives originality a whole new meaning with "the kitchen sink"? You heard right, Sink. If you haven't laughed enough at the original Ghostbusters serials Scott can but some fire in your belly there with some suttle comedic enhancements on the favorite parts of our beloved Ghostbusters. In being with his originality he's completely scraped and editors note with "The Gazette". Finally, aside from specter busters comes a Fan Film section with the latest in news for the viewers hearts. And as always I have a favorite part of any site that I ever visit, the Crash Course in Ghostbusting may be crude but useful for the first timer! So if there's any new commers to the community around here, take a peek. I wasnt disappointed and you wont be either. Keep tabs on this one boys and girls, there's big plans ahead for The Old Firehouse.

SHUT DOWN!
Well after someone thoroughly enjoyed refreshing the main page nearly 500 times Thursday May 30th at 6:52 AM EST time The Ectoplasmic Archive exceeded its daily bandwidth. With this it unfortunately shut down for a couple hours to make up for the abnormal amount of account activity. If I have inconvenienced anyone in any way shape or form i truly apologize. I do my very best to provide the Ghostbusters community with the very best in multimedia with up to date news and events with a user friendly page for all to enjoy. Look forward to some real treats this month with the news and perhaps a New section? im gone.
